María del Pilar Cubillos
She was born in Bogotá, Colombia, and currently lives in Llaés, Spain, with her husband and their three dogs. She grew up as the youngest of four siblings in a busy household, and a rebellious youth led her to disconnect from herself and pursue a career in Law.
Her path took a profound turn when she discovered yoga — a practice that transformed her life and opened the door to a deep healing journey. This experience led her to train as an instructor in Hatha Yoga, Hatha Raja Yoga, prenatal Vinyasa Yoga, and Yoga for children and families.
Later on, Mindfulness — introduced to her by her teacher and sister-in-law — became the core of her vocation. She was a pioneer of the MBSR Mindfulness program in Colombia, earning certification through the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and training in self-compassion practices.

Is the course in person or online?
The course is 100% online, designed so you can integrate the habit into a space that feels familiar to you and your routines. This allows the practice to become part of your life in a more fluid, intuitive, and natural way. You’ll be able to watch the videos and complete the meditations and exercises whenever you choose, as the course is meant to be followed at your own pace.
How much time do I need to go through all the content included?
This guide is a journey you can move through at your own rhythm. We recommend dedicating 15 minutes a day for 30 consecutive days. However, it’s important to choose a pace that feels sustainable for you. If this rhythm doesn’t feel right at the moment, simply space out your practice. This process was designed so that it never feels like a burden, but rather a space of calm and connection with yourself.
What materials do I need?
You’ll only need a computer or phone with an internet connection. We recommend setting aside 15 uninterrupted minutes to complete each step. You can also print the journaling workbook to support your process.
How long will I have access to the course content?
The videos and meditations will be available to you for at least one year after purchasing the course.
I’ve never meditated before — can I still join?
